About MDSIS

MDS Insurance Services, Inc. (MDSIS) is a subsidiary of the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS). MDSIS was formed in 1998 and operates as a full service insurance agency dedicated to servicing the diverse needs of the membership. In late 2000, MDSIS formed a relationship with the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists (MSO) to provide the same quality services to their membership. MDSIS is located in Southborough, Massachusetts.

George W. Gonser Jr. MBA, CDHC
Managing Director

George has more than 18 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industry. Utilizing his business expertise and insurance knowledge, Mr. Gonser oversees all facets of the MDSIS operation.

Robin
Supervisor of Sales and Client Services

Robin has worked for a major insurance carrier in the Commonwealth for most of her career, she has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience to add to the MDSIS team and our clients.

Tricia
Office Administrator

Tricia has more than 18 years of experience working in the administrative field. She consistently utilizes her excellent customer service and organization skills to ensure MDSIS operates smoothly.

Kara
Account Service Representative

Kara has over 7 years of experience in the insurance industry. Kara earned an MBA at Nichols College and her BA at Assumption College. She brings exceptional customer service skills and strong analytical skills to the MDSIS team.

Anna
Client Services Analyst

Anna has over 5 years of experience working in the insurance field. She is a graduate of Anna Maria College with a Bachelor's in Art & Business. She brings a wide range of customer experience and organizational skills to the team.
